Background and philosophy
Xin is in the service of a extremely powerful Demonic warlord and is the general of an army of demons, he is a brilliant strategic genius seeing battle as a weaving flow of energy he can anticipate and out think opponents with almost prescience ability. For all this he is neither cruel or evil instead views the world from a quiet place of meditative contemplation beyond illusions of good and evil. He places as much store in the life of a flower as he does a person. This shouldn’t be mistaken for weakness as many of his opponents have found out he can be utterly deadly in battle, serenely decimating foes with calm ruthlessness, then gathering the troops to watch a sunset in blissful silence.

Other notes
During his visits to neutral Demon city Churgon-H’rukus he spends his time up on the roof tops watching the flow of its people. The predatory locals have learned to leave him be. He has befriended the flocks of fiendish pigeons (who incidentally look just like normal pigeons except with extremely developed intelligence), and they are useful spies and friends. His other companions include a breathe-takingly beautiful demon prince (who dresses in high Chinese classical style complete with fans etc) and an eclectic assortment of locals.
